The course officially opens on Monday, January 18th and all content will be available then after you log in.
How do I reset my password?
On the left sidebar, find and click on the “My Account” link. Open the Account Details toggle. Enter your new password into the “Password” and “Confirm Password” fields, then scroll down and hit the “Update Profile Info” button at the right.
I'm having trouble streaming the videos.
First, please make sure that your browser software is up-to-date and that you are connected to the internet. If you’re still having trouble, we recommend you try a different browser, in case you have something installed on your browser that is blocking the videos. If the trouble continues to persist, please email us at email@example.com. We will need to know the device you’re using to try and access the site, your operating system version, and your browser and browser version.
I'm having trouble downloading the workbook.
If you’re having issues with downloading the workbook, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a PDF of the workbook via email instead.
